Gentle Yoga with Kim Wagaman, RYT

All are welcome. This class is a form of Hatha Yoga that is a gentler, slower paced practice which makes it
accessible to people of all sizes, ages, and body ability.  Gentle Yoga is a great place to start for
those who just want to take it more slowly. The focus is on warming the body, creating greater
alignment, connecting with the breath, and exploring the mind-body continuum. It creates an
atmosphere of safety and comfort that fosters self-acceptance and self-love. This class supports
people with limitations.
